• Written proof of your Social Security number for USA Patriot Act
• Current Pay stubs for last 30 days (That is 3 if you get paid every 2 weeks)
• Last 2 years w-2's
• Self employed requires past two years of Tax returns-all pages
• Bank statements for past two months (All pages, please)
• Investment account statements for past two months (all pages, please)
• Retirement account statements for latest quarter (again, all pages please)
• Make/Model of vehicles you own along with their resale value (for assets)
• Photo ID for USA Patriot Act

• Mortgage Account information
• Home Equity Account information (if applicable)
• Home Insurance Policy information and amount of yearly premium with date due
• Anuual amount of real estate taxes

If you have been divorced:

• If there are minor children and you receive or pay child support or alimony we'll need a copy of your complete divorce decree (all pages) and a copy of your complete marital settlement agreement..  Thes documents may also be helpful in case an ex spouse received a debt that is showing on your credit report.  For more info, please consult your loan officer.
